1. AI Services & Google Gemini API

Rachna AI utilizes third-party Artificial Intelligence models, including Google Gemini API and other generative models, to produce text, code, and visual assets. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• Outputs are generated by AI and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or bias.
• You must comply with the Google Generative AI Terms of Service where applicable.
• Mirage Reality Labs is not responsible for any offensive or incorrect content generated by the underlying AI models.

2. Content License (Free Plan)

We love seeing what our community creates. If you are using the FREE Tier of Rachna AI:

• You grant Mirage Reality Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, and display your generated designs (websites, cards, etc.) on our platform, social media, and marketing materials for showcase purposes.
• This allows us to feature "Made with Rachna AI" examples to inspire other users.
• Users on Paid/Pro Plans (if applicable) retain full private rights over their generations without this showcase license.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our AI tools to generate content that:

• Promotes "Social Engineering," phishing, or deceptive practices.
• Infringes on the intellectual property of others.
• Violates any local laws within the jurisdiction of India.

4. Limitations of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS." Mirage Reality Labs makes no warranties regarding the uptime of the AI models or the uniqueness of the designs generated. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
