• Generated Assets: The websites, cards, and resumes created using our AI tools.

2. Data Processing & AI Models

To provide our services, your inputs are processed by third-party AI models, primarily the Google Gemini API. Please note:

• We do not use your personal Google Drive files or private data to train models.
• Data sent to the Gemini API is governed by Google's Generative AI Terms.
• For users on the Free Plan, generated visual designs may be displayed on our platform for showcase purposes as outlined in our Terms of Service.

3. Google OAuth Limited Use

Rachna AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access your basic profile to create your account and save your progress.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure (Vercel/GCP). As a service based in India, we comply with local data protection guidelines to ensure your information is not misused or accessed by unauthorized parties.

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated generated data at any time by contacting our support team.
